Before you decide
Questions about paying
What happens to my extra animals if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Animals beyond the free limit become read-only — you can still see and export every record, you just cannot add new entries to them until you are back on a paid plan or you archive one.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The free plan is a permanent plan, not a trial. You will not be asked for card details until you actively choose to upgrade.
Can I cancel whenever I like?
Yes, from Settings inside the app. The plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, then drops to Free. There is no cancellation fee and no phone call to make.
How do I pay?
Card through Stripe on the web, or through your App Store or Google Play account if you subscribed in the mobile app. Whichever you use, the plan is the same and your entitlements update the moment payment clears.
Is there a discount for rescues or charities?
Yes. Write to support@thinkpethealth.com from your organisation’s address and tell us roughly how many animals you look after.
