Tour
See what you actually get, before you hand over an animal's history.
Five things the app does, shown one at a time. No account, no card, no form to fill in first. If you would rather read, everything here is also written out on the features page.
Free for two animals, permanently. No card required.
Walkthrough
What the app does, in five scenes
Pick any of them, or let it run.
Every animal, one history
Vaccinations, medications, vet visits, weight and conditions on a single timeline per animal — not spread across a drawer, a folder and three different practices' systems.
Weight is charted as you record it, so a slow loss over eight months is visible rather than something you notice too late.
See the detailPaperwork you can actually find
Photograph a vaccination card or upload an insurance policy and the text inside it is extracted and searchable. Uploads go straight to object storage — the file never passes through our servers.
Ten documents on Free; unlimited on Plus and Pro.
See the detailA second read, not a diagnosis
Ask about a symptom and the assistant answers against that animal's own record — its age, weight, conditions and current medications.
Symptom patterns that should not wait interrupt the answer with a red-flag banner telling you to contact a vet now. It does not diagnose or prescribe, and it will never tell you not to seek care.
Read the limitsShare the record, not the account
A sitter can log doses and see the schedule without seeing costs or documents. A vet can be given a read-only view that expires on a date. Family get the lot.
Each person gets their own role, and you can change or revoke it at any time.

Every account's rows are isolated at the database level, not by a filter someone might forget to write. Sign in with a passkey if you would rather not have a password at all.
A full export of everything is available on every plan, including Free — so leaving is never something you have to negotiate.

Create a free account
Email and a password, or a passkey. No card, and Free is not a trial that expires.
Add your first animal
Name, species and date of birth is enough to start. Everything else can be filled in as you go.
Put in what you already have
Photograph the vaccination card, add current medications, and set the reminders you want. This is the only slow part, and you only do it once.
Invite whoever else needs it
Your partner, the sitter, the breeder, the practice — each with the access that suits them.
Help
Getting help
Most answers are already written down. If they are not, write to us.
If an animal is unwell, do not wait for us. Contact your veterinary practice or your nearest out-of-hours emergency service. PetHealth Pro keeps records and helps you prepare for an appointment; it is not a veterinary service and cannot treat an animal.
Search the FAQ
Billing, plans, sharing, exports, what the assistant will and will not do. Searchable, and the answers are on the page rather than behind a chat widget.
Email a human
Anything the FAQ does not cover — including account problems, billing questions and bug reports.
Your data and privacy
What is stored, who can reach it, how to export it and how to have it deleted.
Before you write in
Two things make a reply much faster: which animal and screen it happened on, and roughly when. If the app showed an error with a reference on it, include that — it points straight at the request in our logs.
Getting your records out
You never need to ask us for a copy. A full export lives in the app on every plan, Free included, and it covers the whole history rather than the part your plan currently displays.
Start with one animal.
Two animals free, forever, and a full export whenever you want one.
